Additional duties include the following:
- Supervise the Reservation Specialist Team in their daily duties and support the Customer Care Management team
- Effective management of team to include KPIs
- Assist staff in resolving issues
- Assist with the measurement of job performance based on clearly understood common goals
- Collect and report monthly department statistics and assist in evaluating the teams productivity
- Coordinate training and ensure compliance with all department processes and procedures corporate policies and relevant government regulations
- Support Customers that meet the criteria established for the Customer Care Reservation Specialist Team. Provide a second tier of problem resolution for the customer.
- Other duties assigned as needed
- Bachelors Degree preferred or industry experience of 5 years
- Minimum of 5 years industry experience or on the job and in house training
- Ability to effectively plan organize communicate and delegate
- Good communication and math skills (abstract reasoning)
- Problem solving skills and ability to multitask
- Working knowledge of MS Excel Word PowerPoint SURI and general office equipment
- Must be able to work any required hours
- Must be able to work under minimum supervision
- Occasional Traveling may be needed
