Job Description
Primary Objective of the Position:
The candidate will work closely with a service integrator in delivering a successful SAP S/4HANA implementation. Prior experience in Airline Cargo or Logistics industries is a strong advantage.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation working with service integrators to ensure a smooth and efficient deployment.
- Provide technofunctional expertise in ProcuretoPay (P2P) OrdertoCash (O2C) and RecordtoReport (R2R) processes.
- Design develop and integrate SAP S/4HANA with nonSAP ERP systems using SAP CPI BTP PI and ABAP.
- Develop and enhance FIORI apps Smart Forms and ABAPbased customizations.
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather requirements design solutions and implement SAP best practices.
- Ensure data integrity security and compliance with SAP and industry standards.
- Support testing troubleshooting and postgolive stabilization efforts.
- Work closely with service integrators to drive SAP implementation success.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to SAP teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 12 years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation.
- Expertise in ProcuretoPay (P2P) OrdertoCash (O2C) and RecordtoReport (R2R) processes.
- Strong integration experience with nonSAP ERP systems using SAP CPI BTP.
- Proven experience in collaborating with service integrators to implement SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong problemsolving and communication skills with the ability to interact with business and IT stakeholders.
- Experience in Airline Cargo or Logistics domain is a strong advantage.
- SAP certification in S/4HANA or related modules is an advantage.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology and cloudbased SAP solutions is preferable.
- Deep understanding of SAP security authorization concepts and performance optimization is highly preferred.
