Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Install configure and maintain servers networks and other IT infrastructure.
Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and perform regular system updates.
Manage user accounts permissions and access controls.
Ensure data backup disaster recovery and security protocols are in place.
Implement and manage security measures to protect sensitive data and systems.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Provide technical support to endusers resolving hardware software and network issues.
Manage virtual environments cloud services and enterprise applications.
Document system configurations procedures and workflows.
Stay updated on the latest IT trends technologies and best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a System Administrator Network Administrator or similar role.
Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows Linux Unix) and networking protocols.
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware HyperV) and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure).
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell Bash Python) is a plus.
Knowledge of database management and security best practices.
