Internal Medicine Academic Faculty Hospitalist Wellington FL
Wellington Regional Medical Center is seeking a fulltime Internal Medicine Academic Faculty Hospitalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching residents in a hospitalist role and will be responsible for providing clinical care and supervising residents in an inpatient setting. This position offers competitive compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical care and resident supervision in an inpatient environment.
- Design and implement educational programs for internal medicine residents.
- Participate in academic activities such as lectures rounds and case discussions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver highquality patient care.
- Maintain accurate timely documentation for patient encounters and educational activities.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine.
- Experience teaching residents in a hospitalist role (required).
- Active unrestricted Florida medical license in good standing.
- Strong clinical communication and teaching skills.
- Commitment to academic excellence and medical education.
