About US Private Capital
BlackRock US Private Capital (USPC) is the team within BlackRock Private Credit focused on providing innovative capital solutions to US middle market companies through directly originated investmentsthat generate attractive riskadjusted returns. As of December 31 2023 the team has invested more than $40bn in capital across more than 1000 transactions over a 23 year track record on behalf of a broad slate of global clients.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced private credit investment professional to be responsible for identifying and underwriting new investments and monitoring existing positions. This role will report into US Private Capital leadership and partner with other professionals within the organization. Candidates should have a background in credit investing with the research and modeling skills to underwrite and monitor existing investments. Critical to the individuals success will be their investment judgment ability to work constructively with investment partners willingness to take initiative resourcefulness and intellectual curiosity.
