Acadia IT Business Technology is an organization of problem solvers. We manage procure and maximize technology investment across all Acadia Business units. Our team is composed of Architects Product Owners Analysts and Developers who deliver flawless of end to end business process automation. We are a team that delivers technology solutions to achieve business goals of the company.
We expect to be partnered on all solution evaluations as SMEs to solve the business problems. We own Architecture and HighLevel Design for Business Systems. We act as technology partners to all Business and Operations teams to ensure we build scalable solutions across the business. We pride ourselves on maximizing Acadias investment in our digital tooling and maintaining the health of those tools.
Our IT business technology unit is looking for a knowledgeable assistant to provide expert support on a range of platforms. The right person will be independent and should align well with our Acadia core values. We value people who want to expand their knowledge of modern IT platforms while creating a library of searchable accessible documents to build on our library of standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding and offboarding tasks related to HR activities
Laptop configuration for remote deployment
Supporting users software installation
Microsoft License Management: Assisting as users have additional license requirements
Support on IT security requests/audits for prospect/client/partnership agreements
Administrative support for marketing or internal assets (site hosting across industryfacing sites as well as internal sites e.g. intranet LMS etc.
Provide technical support to users by researching and answering questions and troubleshooting problems on companymanaged platforms Google Workspace Microsoft Slack Asana etc.
Improves internal references by writing and maintaining SOP documentation and building a database of answers
Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks
Help Desk Qualifications / Skills:
Exceptional problemsolving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Able to work with minimum supervision
A solid understanding of business systems architecture and the ability to oversee the design and optimization of technology solutions including:
Google Workspace knowledge
Microsoft Azure
Microsoft Intune
MacOS and Windows operating systems
Virtual chat skills
Customer service
Quality focus
Mac/PC proficiency
Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a culture of innovation collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and drive results
Education Experience and Licensing Requirements:
Associates Degree Technical Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Prior information technology or systems administration experience preferred
