Job Summary: As a Sales person you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and resultsdriven individual with excellent communication negotiation skills and readiness to frequent Travelling across India.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients through market research networking and coldcalling.
- Generate leads and initiate contact with prospects to create sales opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions to meet their objectives.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of the products or services.
- Quoting and Proposal Submission:
- Work closely with the sales support team to ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of sales quotes proposals and contracts and other documentation.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance forecasts and market trends.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence.
- Collaboration with CrossFunctional Teams:
- Collaborate with marketing product development and customer support teams.
- Ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall business objectives.
- Customer Feedback and Relationship Enhancement:
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to improve products or services.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or Engineering field.
- Minimum 2 years of on field sales experience / Minimum 4 years of non field sales experience in the industry.
- Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be ready for frequent Travelling across India.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
