Job Description

Job Specification:

Designation : Executive Sales

Department : Sales

Reporting to : Sales Head

Job Summary: As a Sales person you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and resultsdriven individual with excellent communication negotiation skills and readiness to frequent Travelling across India.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify potential clients through market research networking and coldcalling.
  • Generate leads and initiate contact with prospects to create sales opportunities.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions to meet their objectives.
  1. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
  • Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of the products or services.
  1. Quoting and Proposal Submission:
  • Work closely with the sales support team to ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of sales quotes proposals and contracts and other documentation.
  1. Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  1. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance forecasts and market trends.
  1. Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence.
  1. Collaboration with CrossFunctional Teams:
  • Collaborate with marketing product development and customer support teams.
  • Ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall business objectives.
  1. Customer Feedback and Relationship Enhancement:
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to improve products or services.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or Engineering field.
  • Minimum 2 years of on field sales experience / Minimum 4 years of non field sales experience in the industry.
  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be ready for frequent Travelling across India.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
