Lot Attendant Job Summary:
- The Lot Attendant will be responsible for basic lot maintenance and general upkeep of the property and vehicles. They will work closely with the Branch Manager and complete tasks as assigned.
Lot Attendant Responsibilities:
Daily duties will include but not be limited to:
- Moving starting and parking company vehicles (Cars Vans Pickups 16 up to 26 box trucks)
- Detailing/Refueling company vehicles
- General lot/building maintenance (i.e. painting sweeping trash removal snow removal if necessary stocking other duties as assigned)
Lot Attendant Qualifications:
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Good listening skills
- Detail oriented
- Team player
- Must be willing to obtain Forklift Certification (we will train)
