Overview: Threat Tec is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planner/Operations Analyst to join our team at USSOCOMs Command Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO). In this role you will provide expert analysis strategic planning and operational support to assist in accomplishing the mission and strategy of the CDAO.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daytoday analysis planning and preparation of strategic plans and strategies in support of USSOCOM CDAO leadership.
- Expand the application of AI/ML technologies across USSOCOM formations overcoming technological policy and process constraints.
- Collaborate with USSOCOM Directorates SOF Components and Theater Special Operations Commands to address training and education issues affecting senior leader decisionmaking.
- Develop review and recommend implementation strategies for SECDEFdirected USSOCOM missions plans and functions.
- Prepare information papers reports and presentations to support CDAO programs and priorities.
- Manage information requests track initiatives and monitor program effectiveness.
- Coordinate with contract counterparts on AI/ML requirements and resourcing issues.
- Provide analytical support for program performance and effectiveness measures.
- Research and recommend required Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages to support operationally dictated and Certifying Accrediting Authority (CAA) specified timelines.
- Coordinate and ensure delivery of asset based RMF documentation to ensure associated approvals to Operate/Connect (ATO/Cs) prior to authorizing access/connectivity to the SOF Information Environment.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any field (preferred) or equivalent combination of professional military education civilian education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience on executivelevel DOD staffs (DOD Joint Staff Services or Combatant Command).
- Proficiency in written and oral communication including experience preparing strategiclevel products for senior decisionmakers.
- Indepth knowledge of USSOCOM its missions roles and functions gained through extensive experience within USSOCOM a TSOC or SOF Components.
- Familiarity with SOCOM TMT and FM14 Systems preferred.
- Professional certification compliant with DoD Directive 8140 Cyber Workforce Program Qualification Standards.
- Active TS clearance with eligibility for SCI upon reporting.
Additional Skills
- Ability to manage highpriority projects requiring detailed planning and resourcing strategies.
- Experience in developing and evaluating RMF packages to support operational requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate taskings and information sharing processes effectively.
