Job Description

Psychiatric triage for all levels ofcare for McLean Hospitalunits on and off site certain McLean affiliatesPartners facilities and capitated contracts.Provides teaching function for all evaluating clinicians regardingpayers and precertification requirements.

Education: B.A. B.S. or equivalency.

Skills: Demonstrated stronginterviewing and organizational skills beginning knowledge of psychiatricdiagnosis and treatment data entry and excellent communication via telephoneand in person keyboarding.

Experience: Equivalent to one year ofexperience in mental health care setting.

All employees must possess basic computer skills to use a variety of electronic and online systems for communication clinical and administrative purposes.
