Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to increase the organizations revenue and profitability
Identify and build relationships with potential clients partners and stakeholders
Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
Develop proposals and presentations to pitch the products and services to potential clients
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives
Maintain and update theCRM system with accurate and relevant information
Analyze sales and marketing data to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the organizations brand
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field
Proven experience of 1 year in business development or telesales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
