Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Service commercial/supermarket refrigeration equipment and systems to include walkin coolers freezers small selfcontained equipment reachins Rack Units etc.
- Experience servicing medium and lowtemperature refrigeration equipment.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance as needed and or assigned for the purpose of ensuring the ongoing functioning of Refrigeration systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment with minimal supervision.
- Work and drive safely using appropriate safety gear and techniques.
- Ability to service clients in a 24/7 environment with oncall responsibilities.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Supervisor.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines when working with refrigerants.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
- Willingness to support other geographic service areas is a plus.
Qualifications
- Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration: 3years
- Experience working on Rack Refrigeration: 3years.
- Independent ability to diagnose troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems.
- Technical training through apprenticeship RSES trade school or equivalent work experience
- Valid Drivers License/ Clean Driving Record
- EPA Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with 507404A448 449 CO2 refrigerants.
- Experience servicing/installing rack systems.
