Heres what youll deliver:

Utilizesystems and procedures deliver exceptional customer service on allinteractions give all customers consideration and respect understand theirneeds and consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.

Learnand maintain solid product knowledge on manufacturerspecific vehicles andmanufacturerspecific rebate finance and incentive programs.

Projecta positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees.

Ensurethat all work performed is thorough accurate and completed in a timelyfashion.

Workeffectively without supervision.

Attendfactorysponsored and dealerspecified training classes as scheduled bymanagement.

Answercustomer service phone calls relating to car sale inquiries.

Ensurecustomer car quotes are competitive and reasonable.

Keepcustomers updated by phone as to the progress of their vehicles delivery.

Informcustomers when vehicles are ready to be picked up.

Keepabreast of new equipment features and tools available and recommend purchases.

Accountfor all documents; ensure that none are missing.

Followup with the factory and distributors regarding late vehicle deliveries.

Complywith strict regulations and requirements of the Ontario Motor Vehicle IndustryCouncil (OMVIC).

Abilityto work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.

Complywith all company policies standards and procedures.

Otherduties as required by management.

You champion success with these accomplishments:

HighSchool Diploma or GED is required.

Automotivesales experience preferred.

OMVICCertification is required within the first 2 weeks of hiring.

DealerCRM system experience is an asset.

Musthave valid Class G Ontario drivers license and clean drivers abstract.

Strongcomputer skills.

Able toeffectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

Strongtime management and organizational skills.

Provenability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Excellentproblemsolving and organizational skills.

Abilityand willingness to be flexible under changing conditions.

Abilityto be creative and persuasive in negotiating.

Abilityto exhibit professionalism with a positive attitude under pressure.

Wellspokenfriendly and articulate.

Abilityto maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Must bewilling to be flexible with work schedules.
