Senior Product Marketing Manager Life Sciences

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the gotomarket (GTM) strategy for our Life Sciences (LS) product suite. You will own product launches positioning and messaging ensuring seamless alignment across internal teams. Working closely with key stakeholders you will create compelling content and enable teams to successfully market and sell our solutions.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about market strategy user acquisition and productled growth (PLG) with a strong understanding of Life Sciences and innovation intelligence.

This is a hybrid position in our London UK office. This role has the option to work hybrid throughout the week or fully in office.

What Youll Be Doing:

    • Lead GTM strategies for the LS product suite ensuring successful product launches.
    • Develop internal and external collateral to support product releases including sales enablement materials marketing assets and customer education content.
    • Conduct market analysis including segmentation competitive intelligence and market share assessment.
    • Enable internal teams (Sales Customer Success and other stakeholders) with the right tools and knowledge for product success.
    • Drive PLG initiatives for our Life Sciences freemium offerings optimizing user acquisition retention and productqualified leads (PQLs).
    • Collaborate with Product Managers to gather customer insights and feedback influencing roadmap decisions.
    • Use project planning tools to manage product release timelines and dependencies.
    • Become a product and industry expert maintaining a deep understanding of LS and innovation intelligence trends.

About You:

    • 4 years of experience in Product Marketing OR 5 years in a product or marketing role (excluding PMM).
    • Background in Life Sciences either a Life Science degree or direct experience working in the field.
    • Strong strategic mindset with a passion for market trends positioning and competitive intelligence.
    • Experience in PLG SaaS or freemium models is a plus.
    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling marketing narratives.
    • A fast learner who can quickly absorb new information and adapt strategies accordingly.
    • A proactive selfdriven mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
