Job Description


Hospitality Spotlight is looking for a Hotel Human Resource (People Services) Manager for an organization in Northern Central US.


The Work:

  • Leads by example at all levels of

  • Manage HR functions of an upscale selectservice hotel brand; ensure compliance with employment statutes and laws

  • Sourcing/recruiting hiring orientation training disciplinary action compliance processes termination

  • System administrator HRIS system

  • Management of workers compensation claims liaison with workers compensation carrier

  • Provide HR tools resources and coaching for management

  • Prepare and maintain Human Resources budget.

  • Additional responsibilities are required.



What youve already done (requirements):

  • 4 years of experience as a hotel HR Manager

  • Previous success with both independent and branded hotels

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • Experience successfully managing hotel HR functions

  • Multi property experience preferred.
