Job Description
Hospitality Spotlight is looking for a Hotel Human Resource (People Services) Manager for an organization in Northern Central US.
The Work:
Leads by example at all levels of
Manage HR functions of an upscale selectservice hotel brand; ensure compliance with employment statutes and laws
Sourcing/recruiting hiring orientation training disciplinary action compliance processes termination
System administrator HRIS system
Management of workers compensation claims liaison with workers compensation carrier
Provide HR tools resources and coaching for management
Prepare and maintain Human Resources budget.
Additional responsibilities are required.
What youve already done (requirements):
4 years of experience as a hotel HR Manager
Previous success with both independent and branded hotels
Bachelors degree preferred
Experience successfully managing hotel HR functions
Multi property experience preferred.
