We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our ambitious HR team and help us drive top talent to our company via innovative candidate attraction strategies
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including online platforms social media networking events and industryspecific channels to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct recruitment drives inhouse and campus placement with colleges
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments including resume screening phone and video interviews and inperson interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage endtoend recruitment processes including job postings interview scheduling feedback collection offer release preboarding and onboarding procedures.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies universities professional organizations and other talent sources to expand the talent pool.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends market conditions and recruitment best practices to enhance the talent acquisition process
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics including timetofill source effectiveness candidate conversion rates and other key performance indicators.
- Act as a culture enthusiast for the Company in promoting our values culture and opportunities to prospective candidates. Interest as Social media influencer and team bonding activities is a plus.
- Assist HR Manager in different HR projects as and when required.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in talent acquisition preferably with a focus on IT industry
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent in a competitive market.
- Strong knowledge of various recruitment channels including online platforms social media and professional networks.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidates technical and behavioral competencies.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with candidates hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities with a focus on delivering results.
