We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our ambitious HR team and help us drive top talent to our company via innovative candidate attraction strategies



Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.


  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including online platforms social media networking events and industryspecific channels to identify and engage potential candidates.


  • Conduct recruitment drives inhouse and campus placement with colleges


  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments including resume screening phone and video interviews and inperson interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications and cultural fit.


  • Manage endtoend recruitment processes including job postings interview scheduling feedback collection offer release preboarding and onboarding procedures.


  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies universities professional organizations and other talent sources to expand the talent pool.


  • Stay uptodate with industry trends market conditions and recruitment best practices to enhance the talent acquisition process


  • Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics including timetofill source effectiveness candidate conversion rates and other key performance indicators.


  • Act as a culture enthusiast for the Company in promoting our values culture and opportunities to prospective candidates. Interest as Social media influencer and team bonding activities is a plus.


  • Assist HR Manager in different HR projects as and when required.


Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in talent acquisition preferably with a focus on IT industry


  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent in a competitive market.


  • Strong knowledge of various recruitment channels including online platforms social media and professional networks.


  • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidates technical and behavioral competencies.


  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.


  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with candidates hiring managers and stakeholders.


  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines simultaneously.


  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities with a focus on delivering results.


  • Proficiency in using Excel Social media job post.
