Architectural Technologist in the Essex area
I am working with a multidisciplinary practice who are looking for a talented Architectural Technologist to join their Colchester office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop client briefs and produce feasibility reports.
- Prepare and manage planning building regulation and Listed Building applications.
- Create design drawings working drawings and tender documents.
- Act as Project Manager attending site meetings and ensuring project delivery.
- Monitor project scope budgets and timelines while maintaining client relationships.
- Ensure excellence in technical and coordination aspects of projects.
Requirements:
- Advanced Revit proficiency.
- Experience in residential projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of RIBA work stages and procurement processes.
- Ability to manage projects from feasibility to completion.
- Solid construction detailing and problemsolving skills.
- Degree in Architectural Technology (essential).
- MCIAT qualification or working towards it preferred.
The salary will be based on experience and ability but is expected to be up to 48000.
