Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Governance & Security: Oversee data access control and sharing policies while ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements.
- Software Architecture & Development: Design scalable resilient software systems and make strategic decisions on technology stacks.
- Technical Leadership: Lead Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) document software functionalities and guide development teams in best practices.
- Team Oversight & Training: Mentor onsite developers ensuring highquality and adherence to industry standards.
- Project Management: Plan track and deliver software solutions using Agile methodologies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with clients and stakeholders translating their requirements into effective technical solutions.
- ProblemSolving & Innovation: Address complex software and hardware interface challenges ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience leading software development projects and teams.
- Proficiency in Agile methodology and project management.
- Strong communication and client engagement experience.
- Expertise in data governance and security policies.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
