Job Description
Job Description: BTL Executive Real Estate
Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic BTL Executive to join our marketing team. In this starterlevel position you will help organize promotional activities in venues like Residential Welfare Associations (RWAs) corporate offices banks schools and parks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Venue Sourcing: Identify and secure locations for promotional events.
- Team Support: Assist in coordinating activities and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Local Activations: Help with local marketing efforts like flyer distribution and community engagement.
- Data Tracking: Maintain and update activity data on a weekly basis for analysis and followup.
- Launch Support: Support new initiatives until they are established.
- Material Coordination: Assist in obtaining necessary materials for events.
- Performance Tracking: Help monitor the effectiveness of BTL activities and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- A bachelors degree or ongoing studies in Marketing Business or a related field is a plus.
- Basic organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Interest in BTL marketing or related fields.
