Job Description
We are looking to add MazdaBrand Specialist to our family owned and operated dealership.
(Brand Specialist are experts and enthusiast in everything about our brand.
We are in search of smart driven competitive individuals to join our sales team. They will be responsible for prospecting keeping up with new technologies and delivering top notch customer service. Our new team member will need to have a team mentality be energetic and personable. They also need to have entrepreneurial mindset and a strong work ethic to deliver and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong relationship with their teammates and most importantly their clients.
Responsibilities(Including but not limited to:
Individuals must:
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Perform highquality professional demonstrations of new/preowned vehicles. (This may be in video format)
- Be willing to learnvarious features and external/internal characteristics of the product they are offering.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and referral business.
Requirements(Including but not limited to:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of new and preowned auto brands.
- Comfortable with the use of technology creating personalized videos for clients ability to structure and send a proper email as well as have the ability to understand new technology.
- Valid driver license with a clean record.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent is preferred.
