Solution Consultant - Supply Chain Management

What youll be doing:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Consultant to join our team. The Solution Consultant will play a key role in interpreting customer needs designing innovative solutions and delivering valueadding functionality to our customers. This position requires a combination of technical expertise problem solving competency and excellent consulting skills. RELEX delivers product sets across the Retail Wholesale and CPG landscape. Experience and awareness of the differing business challenges across industries is important.

Customer Engagement:

• Collaborate with different functional teams to ensure customer needs are met in a sustainable and value adding way.
• Work alongside customer stakeholders to interpret business problems and design solutions that ensure longterm user adoption.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Solution Design and Architecture

• Design comprehensive and innovative solutions that address customer needs and deliver measurable business value.
• Create solution architectures and technical documentation that align with industry best practices and standards.
• Leverage technical and functional expertise to recommend appropriate approach to solving problems.

Testing and Quality Assurance

• Assist and/or develop test plans and test cases to verify solution features and functionalities against documented requirements.
• Conduct system integration testing user acceptance testing and performance testing to identify defects and ensure effective operation.
• Collaborate with testing and technical teams to prioritise and address issues identified during testing ensuring timely resolution and delivery of highquality solutions.

Solution Playback and Guidance

• Develop system demonstrations tailored to address specific customer requirements and pain points.
• Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the value of the solution and its potential impact on the customer business always looking to guide towards best practice.
• Engage in interactive discussions to address customer inquiries and objections and build confidence in the proposed solution.

Data Proficiency

• Mapping of technical specification to solution design to convey impacts of planned data structures and integration.
• Creation and management of additional parameters and metrics to meet customer requirements and solution design necessity.
• Knowledge of database structure and subsequent impact on configuration and ability to express how data should be kept in RELEX in relation to customer system landscape.
  
  

What you will bring to the table:

• Educational background in Computer Science Engineering Business Mathematics or related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Consultant or similar role in the software or technology industry and/orexperience within a Retail Wholesale or CPG company within the Supply Chain area.
• Strong analytical and/or technical background and processdriven mindset with a keen eye for problem solving.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs develop customized solutions and drive successful outcomes.
• Experience working in a customerfacing role with a track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
• English language skills on a fluent business level.
