- Formulate analytic strategies and participate in the computational network analysis of datasets generated in the Center choosing optimal software tools and programming languages and developing novel statistical tools and algorithms when needed.
- Strategize with Center labs to define experimental paths that best allow exploitation and integration of experimental data and collaborate in the elaboration and writing of Center publications
- Choose implement and evolve the software tools and dataprocessing pipelines used in the Center harnessing resources open to Center labs on the Longwood campus or linked institutions.
- Advise and train Center researchers in the use of computational tools.
- Coordinate and lead input from other Center computational specialists
- Coordinate with BWH and HMS IT staff for access to highperformance computer resources and for the deployment and management of data analysis pipelines database and web servers.
- Special projects as assigned.
