Position Summary:
As an HR Generalist you will oversee various HR functions to support our growing workforce. You will act as a trusted resource for employees and management ensuring compliance with HR policies and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement benefits administration and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in a fastpaced environment and enjoys working across all facets of human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- HRIS Management: Administer and maintain various HRIS platforms ensuring data accuracy and leveraging system capabilities to streamline processes.
- Benefits Administration: Manage the administration of employee benefits programs including enrollments renewals and resolving employee inquiries.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees addressing concerns facilitating conflict resolution and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by coordinating interviews preparing letters and conducting new hire orientations.
- Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations updating policies as needed.
- Performance Management: Support managers with performance review processes goal setting and employee development plans.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and programs to foster skill development and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g. Paycom and ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration and employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a fastpaced environment.
