Job Description
In this role you will...
- Lead the coordination function to deliver an exceptional candidate interview experience across technical and nontechnical roles collaborating closely with recruiters to schedule and optimize onsite virtual and phone interview processes
- Collaborate with recruiters hiring managers executive assistants and interviewers to refine and develop programs that enhance Zooxs hiring effectiveness
- Partner with the Talent Enablement Program Manager to streamline and scale Zooxs interview experience and training initiatives
- Leverage data analytics to identify process inefficiencies and implement strategic improvements in the interview workflow
- Support adhoc Talent Operations projects focused on process improvement and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- 5 years of recruiting coordination and lead experience preferably in technology
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to effectively prioritize and manage concurrent complex workflows
- Highly selfdirected with ability to balance urgent timelines and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with proven capability to navigate fastpaced environments and adapt professionally to changing dynamics
Bonus Qualifications
- Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Excel
- Experience with ATS implementation and management
- Project Management experience
