Habitat Creations is a multidisciplinary environmental landscaping company with integrated commercial landscaping environmental conservation and horticulture divisions operating in unison with our partners to pursue a singular mission; to create a healthier environment for all living communities.

From humble beginnings as a native plant nursery in 2007 Habitat Creations has steadily grown to become one of Victorias only environmental landscaping companies with a core service offering that spans environmental landscaping services in the built environment ecology and conservation services in the natural environment and plant supply via our native tubestock nursery and seed bank.

Role Overview

The Projects Administrator & Coordinator plays an integral role in managing many of the project coordination and administrative systems to assist the Manager Operations and Division Managers to complete projects efficiently and effectively. In this role youll sit within the administration team working closely with our Division Managers and Nursery Sales Manager to complete tasks according to the Project Workflow and other administrative tasks as directed. Youll play an integral role in the rollout of highimpact projects that deliver positive environmental outcomes in the built and natural environments.

This fastpaced highly rewarding role works closely with an experienced and friendly management team. Key duties will cover several disciplines including general administration and documentation management procurement data entry CRM management and profit and loss reporting.

Key Skills Experience and Qualifications

Essential

  • 2 years of experience in a Project Administration or Coordinator role
  • Understanding of Project Management methods and principals
  • Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience operating the Microsoft Office suite
  • Computer experience in a PC environment
  • Excellent grammar data entry and touchtyping skills
  • Current Drivers License and reliable transport

Desirable

  • A tertiary qualification in Project Management
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills will be highly regarded
  • Experience using Microsoft Project
  • Experience working in a Civil or Landscaping business
  • Experience using Pipedrive Project Management and Xero Accounting Software
