Summary:
The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for managing the implementation consolidation and migration of data from Center Stone and MCore to Archibus. This individual will work directly with a multidisciplinary multifunction group of technologists and business professionals to develop and deliver against the plan. This role will be driving technology teams through solution design/development and delivery.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience managing implementation projects
- Experience managing migrations to Archibus system
- Experience managing Archibus data migrations projects
- PMP Agile Experience / Scrum Master
- Understands and executes a wide variety of project management approaches including standard SDLC and PM methodologies (waterfall Agile / Scrum Kanban etc.
- Experience with Space Planning systems
Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely effective easily understandable concise project deliverables including project plans presentations budget reviews crossproject dependencies risks analyses and mitigation key performance indicators (KPIs) stakeholder coordination and status communication.
- Communicate across audiences effectively understanding and utilizing escalation paths and updating stakeholders.
- Ability to translate technical rollouts and features to nontechnical audiences.
- Handle high volume workloads and provide exceptional customer support.
- Accountable for driving delivery of projects from start to finish.
- Ability to manages external resources; vendors and contractors when required.
- Drive sprints and scrums across various teams.
- Independently manage teams and help groups problem solve.
- Facilitate meetings discussions and document key decisions made.
- Manage tight deadlines.
- BA/BS in business computer science preferred or other technical field or appropriate work experience 5 years of applicable experience in a technology environment preferably for a large company. Demonstrated success in the delivery of multiple projects.
- Demonstrated understanding of modern software development and infrastructure tools processes and practices.
- Experience managing data migration projects to Archibus
- Ability to work on multiple teams in highly autonomous environments.
- Display a competency in managing multiple projects.
- Project Management expertise and experience.
- Detailed oriented task master and communicator.
- Aligns and leads project teams to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Manages work with practicality and wisdom in the midst of competing priorities and diverse personalities.
- Ability to influence internal and external team members without direct reporting authority
