The Position: Opticians are technicians trained to design verify and fit eyeglass lenses and frames contact lenses and other devices to correct eyesight. They use prescriptions supplied by ophthalmologists or optometrists but do not test vision or write prescriptions for visual correction. Our Client is offering the following compensation and benefits:

• $65000 depending on experience
• Full Benefits (health vision dental)

• 10 hours of PTO accrued monthly 13 paid holidays

Requirements:

• High School graduate or equivalent
• State Licensure
• Optical dispensing experience
• Ability to communicate effectively and work efficiently
• Must be a professional by being confidential
• Should be able to work without supervision

Responsibilities:

• Monday Friday 8am 5pm)
• Must be able to handle moderate to high volume
• Will need to be interventional but also be willing to manage medications
• Ideally this person could start as soon as possible as we have a vacancy
