The Category Manager & Presentation Specialist is responsible for overseeing the development performance and management of the Packaged Salad Category within the organization while being able to create and deliver visually engaging and effective presentations for internal and external stakeholders. This role requires the ability to analyze market trends consumer behavior and sales data to maximize profitability and growth within the Packaged Salad category. The Category Manager will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to drive sales optimize product assortments while producing highquality presentations that communicate key messages and support business objectives.

Specifically You Will:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive category strategy aligned with business goals and consumer demands
• Analyze market trends customer behavior and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and product trends
• Provide regular reports on category performance market insights and competitor activities to key stakeholders
• Design and develop presentations (PowerPoint etc. that clearly convey complex information in an engaging and accessible manner
• Create visually appealing templates layouts and graphics to ensure consistency across all presentation materials
• Utilize design and content strategy to tell a compelling story that resonates with the intended audience
• Ensure all presentations adhere to brand guidelines maintaining a professional and cohesive appearance
  

The Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in category management or related roles
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and have experience with category management POS/Panel software/tools (e.g. Nielsen Numerator etc
• Strong business acumen and understanding of retail dynamics
• Ability to work crossfunctionally and influence diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong design skills with an eye for detail and creative problemsolving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience in corporate presentations clientfacing meetings or public speaking is a plus
