What Were Looking For:
Colorspan is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our passionate team. In this role you will manage a portfolio of client accounts build longlasting relationships and help drive sales growth within the building materials sector. If youre motivated clientfocused and have a strong drive to succeed this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What Youll Be Doing:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Customer Solutions: Understand client needs and provide tailored product solutions to meet their requirements.
Sales Strategy & : Identify new sales opportunities negotiate contracts and close deals with both residential and commercial clients. Work on growing your account base and expanding our presence in the industry.
Product Knowledge: Be the goto expert on our product range and the benefits they provide to customers.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek out ways to improve sales processes track key metrics and ensure the highest level of client service.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
What Were Looking For:
Experience: You have 3 years of experience in sales and account management with a proven track record of managing client relationships and driving business growth. Previous experience in the building materials or construction industry is highly desirable.
Skills & Knowledge: You possess strong sales skills including negotiation and problemsolving. You have excellent communication skills and can handle client queries with ease ensuring they feel heard and valued.
Team Player: While this is an individual contributor role you value collaboration and work effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth and seamless customer experiences.
TechSavvy: You are comfortable with CRM software and other sales tools using them to manage accounts and track performance effectively. Familiarity with industryspecific software is a plus.
Adaptability: Youre flexible and able to adapt to changes in the market customer needs or business priorities. You can quickly adjust to new challenges or opportunities.
Qualifications: A Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field would be advantageous. Certifications in sales account management or relevant industry courses would be preferred.
