YOUR MISSION

We are seeking a dynamic leader who embodies a mix of operational excellence negotiation and collaboration skills and strategic innovative thinking. As Regional Manager South/ Canary you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of Glovo in the southern regions of Spain. Your role will involve setting the commercial strategy leading a highperforming team and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders.

THE JOURNEY

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement the longterm commercial strategy for top partners in the region ensuring alignment with Glovos overarching goals.
• Own the full P&L responsibility and drive 360 business objectives in the South region.
• Oversee multiple areas including sales partnerships and advertisement to drive business growth and enhance our platforms market presence.
• Analyze business and financial data to inform key decisions and identify new business opportunities that will contribute to regional success.

Team Management:

• Lead and inspire a team of 10 talented professionals driving them towards achieving excellence and exceeding commercial targets.
• Structure and manage the daily operations of the South Regional team ensuring smooth information flow and strong collaboration with other regional leaders and central teams.
• Set clear goals delegate effectively and monitor the teams performance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams (marketing operations finance) to deliver a bestinclass and foster a collaborative work environment.

Partnership Development:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including top restaurants retail chains and local businesses ensuring mutual growth and success.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to help our partners expand their businesses on the Glovo platform.
• Drive the expansion of our selection by signing outstanding restaurants and retailers not yet on our platform strengthening our market offering.
• Actively contribute to the development of the team fostering a supportive environment that encourages learning growth and collective success.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

Experience & Skills:

• 7 years of relevant experience managing highperforming teams of 10 people in fastpaced environments such as startups top consulting firms or top tech companies.
• Proven experience in negotiating largescale contracts and building lasting relationships with Clevel executives.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and empathize with clients and partners business models challenges and objectives.
• A datadriven mentality using analytics to make informed decisions and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Spanish and English.
• Persuasive yet pleasant with the ability to sell valueadded solutions to customers partners and the Glovo platform.
• Strong problemsolving abilities analytical thinking and commercial mindset.
