Collaborates with the Radiation Safety Officer to ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations ACR accreditation programs and Joint Commission requirements concerning radiation safety. Develops and maintains measures to control radiological hazards; monitors personnel and facilities to ensure permissible limits of health hazards are not exceeded. Coordinates all health physics activities and promotes the safe use of medical and research related ionizing radiation sources while ensuring minimal radiation risk to staff patients and visitorsFull-Time
