Vacancy: PROPERTY VIEWINGS ASSISTANT Residential Estate Agency
Location: Addlestone KT15
Salary: 30k
Position: Permanent Full Time / Part Time
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a wellestablished award winning Independent Estate Agency with offices across Surrey as Viewing Assistant based in Addlestone.
The role will involve meeting and greeting potential home hunters and showing them around properties ensuring its shown to the best advantage. You will provide them with precise knowledge about the property local area.
The ideal candidate will have experience in agency however this not essential. You will have face to face customer service experience have impeccable time keeping professional appearance coupled with faultless communication skills.
The role is being offered with fulltime or part time flexible working hours.
The Client: Our client is a successful independent Sales and Lettings agency with a well know brand an excellent local reputation and several offices in and around the Surrey area who specialise in residential property sales and lettings.
Skills required for this Estate Agency Property Viewings Assistant (Estate Agency) role will include:
- Previous Estate Agency or customer facing experience essential
- Articulate and with excellent interpersonal skills
- Punctual
- Extremely customer focused
- A professional approach
- High level of customer service
- Good telephone manner
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Full UK driving license and car owner required
