$165k$220k plus bonus compensation
Urgently Hiring
We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our integrated medical team full time at our stateoftheart clinic in Medford OR. Ideally we are seeking a PA/NP with experience in primary care/family practice with an interest or experience in integrative or functional medicine. Experience with joint/trigger point injections preferred however not mandatory. This is aFullTime(32 patient hours per week) position with very competitive compensation benefits and future growth opportunities working with one of the most established clinics in the area.

Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
- DEA license
- Unrestricted license to practice in the State of Oregon
- Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare Medicaid and other federal health programs
- Interest or experience in integrative or functional medicine (joint/trigger point injection exp a plus)
- 4 in clinic patient workdays per week 32 patient hours)
- $165k$220k/year plus bonus compensation (current provider makes $250k with bonuses)
