Job Description

Job Summary / Objective

Greets and directs visitors and callers in a professional manner. Keeps a watchful eye that only Cues employees enter the building beyond the lobby. Performs various clerical tasks expediently and with accuracy ensuring efficient workflow and external and internal customer service from the main Cues reception office.

RECEPTION DUTIES

    • Greets & directs visitors in person and callers on the telephone and maintains the telephone greetings
    • Maintains visitor sign in log visitor questionnaires and issues visitor badges
    • Maintains company phone list
    • Orders and maintains inventory of office supplies
    • Maintains Brivo Security Badge system and issues parking permits
    • Orders Get Well Sympathy flowers as needed
    • Prepares and mails employee birthday cards monthly
    • Processes incoming and outgoing mail daily (back up)
    • Maintains safe and clean reception area and lobby area calling upon facilities and maintenance as needed

ADMIN DUTIES

    • Runs dailyand monthly Maxcim files
    • Performs employee maintenance in Maxcim (edits additions terms)
    • Maintains Personal folders and ORG Charts
    • Places food orders as needed

Required Competencies

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred)
  • Multitasking and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent Organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word Excel

Education and Experience

  • Prior reception experience preferred but not required.
  • General High School Diploma

Work Authorizations / Security Clearance / Additional Eligibility Requirements

  • Post Offer Background check and drug screening required

Working Conditions / Work Schedule / Travel

  • 8AM 5PM Monday Friday
  • Onsite only

Physical Requirements

  • Office Environment ability to use computers and office equipment light lifting and other physical requirements necessary to perform essential job functions.
