Position Overview

As the Communications & Development Specialist you will be at the forefront of supporting Weemarkable application instances across Canada. Youll manage customer and user support inquiries collaborate with app developers to troubleshoot issues and help enhance digital capabilities.
Youll also play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive user experience for child care administrators and caregiver users assist in developing learning tools to support app adoption and driving user engagement in the child care sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for a selfstarter and techsavvy communicator to drive positive change with the YMCA of HamiltonBurlingtonBrantford.

Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Information Technology Marketing or a related field.
Experience in customer support technical support data entry marketing or communications roles.
Experience with mobile applications software development processes and digital marketing tools.
Strong communication interpersonal customer service and creative skills.
Ability to collaborate in a teambased environment and contribute to crossfunctional projects.
Excellent organizational initiative planning and administrative skills with the ability to identify and manage multiple priorities.
