Pay Range: $23.00 $29.00 per hour

About the Role:
Automation Technician I should excel in either Mechanical or Electrical assembly. The Lead Automation Technician will verify qualifications. Growth into the other disciplines will be expected and documented in a training matrix.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Ability to utilize and understand engineering drawings building wiring and qualifying subassemblies main assemblies and final machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical pneumatic or electrical problems as they may arise.
- Proactively and communicate with other departments for solutions.
- Ability to set up final systems in accordance with internal quality acceptance measures.
- Ability to set up final systems in accordance with quality acceptance measures set by customer.
- Ensure the final product is meets specifications.
- Two years of manufacturing experience in a related field preferred.
- Bachelors degree in engineering or a technical degree in automation preferred.
- Experience in A.C. D.C. and threephase wiring.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings electrical schematics and pneumatic schematics.
- Conceptual knowledge of pneumatics and servodrive motors.
- Experience as a commercial electrician or machine/automation maintenance technician is preferred.
- Ability to travel 25 of the time travel can be one to three weeks per trip. (Required)
- Willing to train the right candidate with minimal experience and certifications for an apprentice role.
- Working daily onsite at Muller Technology CO Inc. with expectation of no less than 40 hours worked weekly.
