Job Description

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full timeOnCall Registered Nurse (RN)Case Managerposition in the Beaumont area.

Job Description:

The Registered Nurse OnCall position includes the followingjob duties: Admissions Discharges and Pronouncements.Assisting the Triage Nurse and some assessments are required.

Qualifications:

Licensed RN in the State of Texas required
1yearsexperience as a RN preferred
Experience with Hospice or Home Health preferred
Effective written and verbal communication
The ability to travel usingreliable transportation
Clean backgrounddrug screen and driving record
