Job Description
Summary
The Math Program at Saint Xavier University invites applicants for a fulltime openrank TenureTrack Faculty Position in Mathematics. The Math program supports the General Education math requirement Middle Level and Secondary Education Math majors a math minor and various other majors and minors particularly in the sciences.
Start date is in the Fall of 2025. Rank depends on credentials and years of experience; salary commensurate with experience.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach 12 credit hours each semester in mathematics courses in both introductory and advanced undergraduate math courses
- Produce scholarship including peerreviewed publications
- Participate in department college and university service
Qualifications
- Doctorate (Ph.D. in Mathematics Statistics or related field.
- Experience developing and teaching highly effective undergraduate Mathematics courses.
- Evidence of or potential for peerreviewed publications
