Leif Johnson Ford in Austin is looking for a motivated and experienced New Car Sales Director to lead our new vehicle department. We need someone who can move units manage inventory and drive results in a fastpaced highvolume environment.
The right candidate has franchise dealership experience strong leadership skills and knows how to motivate a team while keeping the customer experience front and center.
Qualifications
Youll:
Oversee all new car sales operations
Manage inventory merchandising and pricing strategies
Drive volume while maintaining gross and customer satisfaction
Lead and develop the new car sales team
Work closely with the GSM and department heads
