Cooks Summary:
Our cooks maintain outstanding customer service in processing ordersquickly accurately and efficiently clean food preparation equipment and workarea organize load and unload inventory and put merchandise away. Preparefood for customers prep and maintain proper levels of food for shifts. Some tasksmay include ensuring that ingredients are stored properly and maintaining aninventory of food and other items needed for the grill station. In addition topreparing grilled foods may also fry bake or microwave meat and poultry aspart of their duties. May also cut or carve meat assemble measure and mixother ingredients for dishes.Responsible for cleanlinessof all equipment and wares used.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Creates a positive work environment while striving to fulfill and execute ourMission Statement
Follows and maintains food safety HACCP process
Daily communication with upper management
Monitoring quality and cleanliness of food and store environment
Completes other duties as assigned by supervisor
Washlarge restaurant pots and pans
Emptying trashbins in dumpster
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
- Ability to speak and read English (second language is a plus).
- Ability to communicate effectively with external customers required.
