TITLE: Project Manager
LOCATION: Houston TX
Top ENR Wastewater Treatment Plant Contractor seeking new Project Manager with experience in the Water and WasteWater Construction industry to join the growing team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing cost and WIP projections
Managing job site supervisory personnel
Planning and scheduling the project
Developing and maintaining owner relations
Negotiating and purchasing materials
Establishing and enforcing job site safety expectations
Managing project costs
Overseeing labor projections
Contract negotiation and administration
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field
710 years of experience
