Sie sind dem Manager der Produktion unterstellt und fr die Erhaltung des guten Zustands der Infrastruktur sowie fr die Sicherheit und der gute Ablauf der Einrichtungen verantwortlich. Der ideale Bewerber ist gut organisiert und in der Lage die Nutzung von Raum und Ausrstung zu optimieren und
gleichzeitig die Betriebskosten zu senken. Ziel ist es dafr zu sorgen dass die Einrichtungen unseres Unternehmens reibungslos und sicher funktionieren damit die Mitarbeiter unter optimalen Bedingungen arbeiten knnen.

In dieser Position werden Sie mit einer Vielzahl von technischen Herausforderungen im Zusammenhang mit Reinraumumgebungen und Fertigungstechnologien fr Oberflchenwellenfilter und oszillatoren konfrontiert.

- Durchfhrung und Dokumentation von regelmigen Wartungen und Inspektionen
- Durchfhrung kleinerer Wartungs und Reparaturarbeiten
- Anleitung und Beaufsichtigung von Fremdfirmen und Kontrolle der ausgefhrten Arbeiten
- Technische Kontrolle und Bedienung von Heizungs und Alarmanlagen etc.
- Analyse des Verbrauchs und Sicherstellung von Verbrauchsmaterialien
- Entgegennahme Kontrolle und Lagerung von angelieferten Materialien
- Sicherstellung der Abfalltrennung und kommissionierten Entsorgung
- Einhaltung von Gesundheits und Sicherheitsstandards
Reporting to the Manager Operations you will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and wellfunctioning. The ideal candidate will be wellorganized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. The goal is to ensure that our businesss facilities operate smoothly and safely so that employees can work under the best conditions.

This position will expose you to a wide variety of technical challenges related to cleanroom environment and manufacturing technologies for Surface Acoustic Wave filters and oscillators.

- Performing and documenting regular maintenance and inspections
- Performing minor maintenance and repair work
- Directing and supervising external contractors and controlling work performed
- Technical control and operation of heating and alarm systems etc.
- Analysis of consumption and securing of consumables
- Acceptance control and storage of delivered supplies
- Ensuring waste separation and commissioning disposal
- Compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements/Qualifications:
Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung idealerweise im Elektrobereich oder nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Bereich der Gebudetechnik oder eine gleichwertige Position
- Handwerkliches Geschick
- Umfassendes Verstndnis fr Haustechnik
- Kommunikativ und freundlich
- Organisiertes klar strukturiertes Arbeiten
Kompetenzen
- Sehr gute schriftliche und mndliche Kommunikationsfhigkeiten
- Integritt und Fhigkeit zu selbstndigem Arbeiten
- Gute Sprachkenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Schrift und Wort
Qualifications and Experience
- Completed vocational training ideally in the electrical field or proven experience in the field of building technology or an equivalent position
