PwC Polands Digital& Application Development team comprises 130 people. We are responsible for IT projects for Polish and international clients. The number of tasks we undertake is extensive: from design building and implementation through preparation of functional specifications and analysis of data in source systems to the definition of business requirements support in testing and development of mobile applications. The department provides IT consulting services mainly to financial institutions from Poland and abroad.
We are looking for:
Enterprise Architect
Your future role:
work with strategy department/owner to support the development of corporate business strategy and ensure incorporating the usage of latest technology trends
key player in establishing Enterprise Architecture function for the government/public sector entities
lead junior consultants to deliver enterprise architecture and IT/digital strategy projects
work as a senior enterprise architect to develop architectural models (asis architecture models tobe architecture models roadmap)
lead the development of architecture models that respond to critical business needs
review deliverables and ensure adherence to scope and completion of work
recommend and participate in activities related to the development and maintenance of the enterprise architecture and related artifacts
act as a trusted advisor for the client in all aspects related to enterprise architecture
interact with business stakeholders to align IT/digital strategy with the business priorities
provide advice on options risks costs vs. benefits system impacts and technology priorities
develop strong working relationships with the clients executive management
support the director in business development activities (technical proposal development budget preparation and client presentation)
lead research on emerging technologies and disseminate knowledge to BU consultants and clients as needed.
Apply if you:
have 1015 years of experience in largescale transformation projects enterprise architecture and IT strategic planning technology consulting system integration or related fields
have BA/BS in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related fields
have working experience in applying enterprise architecture frameworks (such as TOGAF framework and ArchiMate language) in real life scenarios TOGAF 9.1 certification is required
have very Good understanding of one or more of the emerging technologies and trends (AI IOT BlockChain Cloud Computing Big Data etc. and how to apply them to solve business problems
are experienced in software development methodologies and implementation
have strong experience and understanding of integration concepts (principles design patterns ESB SOAP/REST Microservices etc.
have strong understanding of leading software packages including ERP CRM as well as data processing platforms and systems
are experienced in using Enterprise Architecture tools is strongly required (e.g. BizzDesign ARIS or iServer)
have good knowledge of system analysis methodologies including UML use case modeling and process and information flows using (BPMN)
are experienced working independently with the client (conducting workshops and meetings with the client running demos presenting applications architecture concepts to clients)
have problem solving skills using a structured thinking process
have very good understanding of data gathering techniques business requirements solicitation and stakeholders interaction
have very good knowledge of design and architectural patterns
have very good project management vendor management and leadership skills
are selfmotivated and initiative taker with the ability to work on multiple projects/activities at the same time
have strong writing and oral communication skills timemanagement and organizational skills
are fluent in English.
Nice to have:
experience working in municipalities telecommunication or government & public sector industries
proven knowledge and experience in emerging technologies and industry best practices.
