JOB SUMMARY:
The Hydraulics Service Technician will be responsible for machining ferrous and nonferrous materials tight tolerance specifications use of instructions and blueprint utilizing a variety of machine shop equipment including manual engine lathe horizontal boring mill vertical boring mill horizontal saw overhead crane forklift and other related equipment & tooling.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school graduate minimum
- Three Five years of machine shop experience is desired preferably in a repair or equipment maintenancerelated environment though other industry experience will be considered.
- CNC experience is a plus but not required.
COMPETENCIES:
- Must be proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments including micrometers calipers thread gauges and indicators among others.
- Requires exercising good judgment and utilizing best machining practices.
- Requires attention to detail and ability to read blueprints.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Lifting/Carrying 40 lbs. Lift/Carry and 50lb pull
- Repetitive Motions Frequent movement requiring hands wrists and fingers.
- Dexterity Normal
- Frequent standing/sitting up and down stairs.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
