Labourer

OVERVIEW

Vertex is currently accepting applications to fill the role of Labourer based out of our location in Crossfield Alberta.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written verbal communication skills
• Computer Skills including proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite
• Selfmotivated with an attention to detail
• Minimum valid Class 5 Drivers license (clean 5year abstract)
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to take direction with assisting other employees in various tasks as requested
• Ability to communicate well and perform physically demanding work

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strong administrative and computer skills.
• Setting of schedules for trucks and employees (drivers)
• Organizing Crew changes.
• Ability to Travel
• Communicate efficiently and effectively with employees
• Booking Hotels
• Monitor calls and emails regularly
• Review and approve work tickets timesheets and requested days off
• Working in the yard and operating machinery on site
• Handling materials within the Shop and outdoors
• Running for parts
• Operating of basic hand tools and powered hand tools
• Pressure washing trucks trailers and equipment

LOCATION

• This position will be based out of Crossfield AB
