Construction Project Manager Distributed Infrastructure Projects

Location: Los Angeles CA

About Us:
Our client specializes in micro mobility curbside management and multimodal infrastructure. They partner with cities and transit agencies to deliver innovative sustainable solutions like smart bike racks bus stops and transit amenities improving urban mobility and addressing climate change.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead the of the Streets LA Sidewalk and Transit Amenities Program (STAP). This role involves managing up to 1000 sites annually utilizing advanced construction software and collaborating with crossdisciplinary teams to meet program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the endtoend lifecycle of multisite infrastructure projects ensuring ontime delivery.
  • Use Sitetracker or similar tools to track progress and provide datadriven insights.
  • Coordinate with city agencies to resolve sitespecific challenges and maintain project flow.
  • Prepare detailed reports and forecasts using advanced Excel and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with planning engineering and operations teams to ensure program alignment.
  • Balance strategic planning with handson problemsolving in a dynamic environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement in workflows and processes.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years in project or construction management with experience in distributed infrastructure projects.
  • Expertise in managing public Right of Way projects including permitting compliance.
  • Proficient in Sitetracker or similar project management tools.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills for reporting and decisionmaking.
  • Strong adaptability organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
