Job Description
Community Health Center seeks Family Medicine Physician / Internal Medicine near Hartford CT!
2 months off per year!45 minutes from Hartford / small quaint town

- 3 physicians 10 NPs( 2 Psychiatrists)
- 3 locations
- 100 team members

- Base up to $230000 based on experience.

This Primary Care Role:
- Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine
- Practice Locations: Torrington Winsted and North Canaan CT
- MonFri 8:30 5pm
- No in person weekends.Call 1:6 on weekends
- 18 patients per day/average.
- Family Med Providers are seeing kids and adults
- Collaborative team setting not a solo role.
- We are looking for a humble team player who loves to work well with others
- Open to J1 and H1B visa sponsorship candidates
