Were currently seeking an experienced Automotive Collision Paint Technician to join our dynamic team.

About Us: Our shop is thriving with increased insurance D.R.P business which has created a need for skilled technicians. With five major DRP contracts generating over $1 million in revenue we currently achieve a total monthly revenue between $1.3 million and $1.5 million dollars. We pride ourselves on our customer andemployeecentric culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess vehicles postcollision repair to ensure readiness for paint.
- Collaborate with the paint prep team to ensure proper vehicle preparation for painting.
- Mix waterbased PPG paint to match vehicle colors seamlessly.
- Work alongside estimators and body technicians for timely repair completion.
- Maintain accurate records of work to ensure proper billing and pay.
- Communicate effectively with all staff to support aboveaverage shop throughput.
- Perform final paint quality control before releasing vehicles for final assembly.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience as an automotive refinish/paint technician is essential.
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair.
- Familiarity with PPG waterbased paint.
- Excellent communication skills to maintain production efficiency.
- Attention to detail to minimize reapplications.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Fulltime Commission
Salary: $85000 $140000 per year

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday with partial Saturdays as needed.
- Day shift.
Commute/Relocation: Candidates must reliably commute to Glendale AZ 85301 or be willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package.
