- Design individual and small group training programs tailored to the needs and attainable goals of specific clients. Programs should be varied progressive and are geared toward improving the clients health and wellness.
- Conducts and understands the need and importance of screening and client assessment initially and progressively.
- Performs movements and exercises as demonstration for the client.
- Motivates others to improve their overall fitness and health.
- Delivers safe effective fun professional comprehensive and interesting workouts to all fitnesstraining clients
- Provides knowledge of human anatomy and the concepts of functional exercise basic nutrition and exercise science.
- Meet monthly session redemption budget
- Be an advocate for CSU and CHU at all times
- Always display a professional and enthusiastic attitude
- Maintain all required certifications
