Job Description
Ace Management Group is looking for a Junior Sales Associate to join our Toronto based team. As our company expands we are seeking a fulltime candidate to help evolve our clients sales strategy by utilizing our professional knowledge and more importantly our extensive experience in Business Partnerships. This successful Junior Sales Associate will be tasked with controlling our market territory managing promotions residential sales specifying prices and maintaining relationships with our clients and customers.

- Take ownership of sales efforts by engaging directly with clients to present tailored solutions that drive results.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and longterm success.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by following proven processes and bringing your unique perspective to the table.
- Contribute to the development of teamwide strategies and provide insights that elevate campaign effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferably in business administration or a related field
- Previous customer service/ cashier experience in a retail environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A selfstarter with a sense of ownership who is adaptable resilient and can work independently in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
- Ability to interact with diverse personalities
- Reliable transportation to the onsite location (possession of a personal vehicle is highly preferred)
The right candidate is local to the area and must have reliable transportation to and from the office daily and is able to start within 2 weeks if offered the position.
